Last night we had our CSM Christmas Party. It was a total blast! Check out all that went down by clicking here or on the picture below. Enjoy!
Coming up December 11th from 6-9pm is our annual CSM Christmas Party! In the past we have had separate Christmas parties for the High school students and the Middle school students. Since we see more students in the middle grades (7-11th grade) we thought it best to combine this year. I (Ben) know that in my previous emails to parents I have communicated this differently and so I apologize for making this late.
At the Christmas Party we will have tons of Christmas themed games, a Christmas photo booth, dinner, ugly sweater competition and the always wonderful white elephant gift exchange. For dinner we will provide pizza but ask that students last name A-L bring drinks and M-Z bring dessert. There is something for everyone so we encourage students to come and bring a friend. This will be our last big hoorah before the New Year, so say goodbye to 2016 in a fun way. We look forward to see you then!
On Friday, October 28th we will have our annual CSM Hoedown! The Hoedown is a fun and energetic evening complete with dinner, square dancing (called by a professional) and some redneck games! The evening will run from 6-10pm and will be a total blast!
There are a few things we encourage you to bring to the Hoedown. First, bring your non-churched friends. This is a great opportunity for them to get to know other students in the youth group and to go to church. Second, come dressed up in costume. You don’t have to dress country but there will be prizes for creative costumes. We only ask you not to dress in anything super creepy or inappropriate. Lastly, boys bring chili for dinner and girls bring dessert. We look forward to seeing you from 6-10pm on October 28th!
The October Parent Newsletter has made it to email inboxes! If you haven’t received it, or don’t care to look right now click here to check it out in your browser. Happy reading!
On September 28th from 6:00-8:30pm we will have our Photo Scavenger Hunt! We will jump into vans with leaders, parents and friends to find clues all over South County. The team that gets the most clues wins and will be rewarded with a prize! Be sure to invite your friends to this awesome event!
