Photo Scavenger Hunt (9/27)

On September 27 we will have our first invite night of the school year, our Photo Scavenger Hunt! At the Photo Scavenger Hunt we will jump into vans with leaders and parents in search of various clues throughout South County. The team that finds the most clues wins! And the prize will be most delicious!

We encourage students to INVITE their non-churched friends to this event. The event will run from 6:00-8:30pm. Be sure to note that it’s 30 mins before and 30 mins after our regular scheduled time. If you would be interested in driving that evening, you can email!

“The Gospel” and “Psalm 119”

During Evening Worship in September and October we are going to take an in-depth look at The Gospel and what it means. We will break down exactly what salvation is and why we need salvation. Our aim is that these messages will give our believing students assurance of their salvation and our non-believing students a clear portrait of what it means to receive salvation.

In Small Groups till December we will study Psalm 119. Besides being the longest chapter in the Bible, Psalm 119 is rich with reasons to soak in God’s Word. Our goal is to see clearly why we should be in God’s Word through this study. We hope both of these studies build within us a deeper desire for God.

Parent Meeting This Sunday (8/27)

It’s that time of year where we kick off our student activities so we want to bring you up to speed with events coming up this year. We also want to equip you with ways you can better reach out to your teens. We will discuss what is going well at home and what isn’t and how we can help one another.

We know that the spiritual battlefield happens everywhere including the home and we know that the best and most encouraging conversations happen at home with you! We want to help you capitalize on these.

Join us August 27th from Noon-2pm in the Rafters! We will have lunch included and the game room will be open for the students to hang out.

This year we are doing something new called “Sponsor-A-Student”. The premise behind this is for our church to support the students through praying and encouragement. On Sunday we had all of our sponsorships taken! Woohoo!! That means, every student will have at least 5 people praying for them and writing them a letter throughout the week in South Dakota. If you would like to sponsor a student you can do so by clicking here, choosing a student and writing them a letter to:
